libccolamd2 software package provides constrained column approximate library for sparse matrices, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libccolamd2
libccolamd2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libccolamd2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libccolamd2 *
You will get with libccolamd2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
